On this tour, you will trek the Shirakami-Sanchi mountain range with an expert local guide.
Shirakami-Sanchi mountain range was one of Japan's first-ever UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The location of the world's largest beech forest, it is home to a large number of rare animals and plant life. As part of this experience, you will visit some of Shirakami-Sanchi's most exquisite sights, including the primeval beech forest, the Anmon no Taki waterfall, and the mountain views of the Tsugaru Pass.*

◆ We recommend all guests dress appropriately for this activity. As some paths will be slippery, we advise you to wear hiking shoes. During the winter months, most guests choose to wear snowshoes on the more difficult parts of the trail.
