Free Choice Tour around Osaka in 7 hours

W030

Osaka is the center of the Kansai metropolitan area. Tokyo is a city of warriors who value face-to-face communication, while Osaka, on the other hand, is a city of merchants who value substance over face-to-face communication. People from Osaka are also said to value gourmet food and laughter very highly.
In this way, you will walk with a local guide through Osaka, a city where you can easily enjoy yourself.

HIGHLIGHT

The tour will start with hotel pick-up.

We will guide you to the following major sightseeing spots according to your preferences.

(1) Osaka Castle: One of the largest castles in Japan, built in the 16th century by Toyotomi Hideyoshi as a symbol of his unification of Japan. The castle has a wonderful view of the stone walls, and inside the castle, a wealth of cultural assets related to the history of Osaka Castle are on display.

(2) Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine: This is the head shrine of the 2,300 or so Sumiyoshi shrines throughout Japan. The shrine has been revered as a guardian of maritime safety and as a "god of agriculture" since ancient times.

(3) Dotonbori: A canal area extremely popular among the local people of Osaka. The area is always crowded with many foreigners, and is very popular for its fast food such as takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and kushi-age (deep fried skewers).

(4) Tsutenkaku Tower and Shinsekai: Tsutenkaku Tower is the symbol of Osaka City. The Shinsekai area around Tsutenkaku Tower is an entertainment district that has developed from a collection of theaters and movie theaters, and is a lively town with miscellaneous restaurants and stores.
