WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Sake is Japan's most famous alcoholic beverage. Known around the world for its unique flavor, it is made by fermenting rice wine. Though now popular as a stand-alone drink, it has been part of Japanese culture and traditions for over a thousand years.
Our Sake Tasting session is an introductory program on the culture, history and cultivation of Japanese sake. During the session, you will be educated by an expert sake sommelier on the history of sake, how sake is made, and the different sake varieties available. Through the course of the session you will also be able to try up to 5 different varieties of sake from our specially chosen collection together with complementary finger foods.
